The First Step Towards Future $TENEO Rewards

Many of you have asked what Points, Fragments, Discord Roles, NFTs and other rewards will be worth.

Today we're making it simple.

Everything you've earned so far will soon be consolidated into a non-transferable reward token called $AGENTIC (name subject to change). $AGENTIC represents your contribution to the Teneo ecosystem and is the first on-chain step towards future $TENEO rewards.

For the first time, your rewards will no longer exist across different systems, databases and dashboards. Instead, they will be consolidated into a single on-chain asset that you can claim directly to your connected wallet.

Once claimed, your allocation becomes transparent, verifiable and visible on-chain. You'll be able to clearly see what you earned, the community will be able to verify distributions transparently, and everyone will have a clearer picture of how contributions translate into future rewards. Most importantly, once your $AGENTIC has been claimed, your allocation cannot be modified, reduced or taken away later. It is held in your wallet and fully under your control.

A Major Step Towards TGE

Bringing the Teneo reward ecosystem on-chain is an important milestone in our TGE preparations. It allows us to test and refine the reward system ahead of launch while making rewards more transparent, verifiable and user-owned. At the same time, it helps us validate the long-term incentive mechanisms that will power the ecosystem after TGE.

At TGE, eligible users will be able to exchange their non-transferable $AGENTIC for $TENEO. Teneo Protocol is currently targeting a TGE in Q4. As always, timelines are subject to change based on market conditions, development progress and other factors.

The team is really excited about the launch of $AGENTIC and is already exploring some cool new use cases for this on-chain reward.

Step 1: Become Eligible

These requirements help us distinguish genuine users from bot farms and other forms of abuse. Our goal is to reward real users who actively support and use the ecosystem while protecting the integrity of the community and ensuring distributions remain fair for everyone.

To qualify for the first $AGENTIC distribution, which recognizes and rewards your contributions across the Teneo ecosystem to date, you must complete the following before the snapshot:

• ✅ Connect a wallet
• ✅ Connect your X account
• ✅ Run Beacon for at least 72 hours

72 hours is the threshold to qualify. Longer uptime means a larger allocation.

From Browser Extension to Beacon

The Community Node Browser Extension was the first version of the Teneo Community Node and the product that helped us grow into the community we have today. All Points remain in your account, and you do not need to worry about your past contributions.

Beacon is the next-generation Community Node (App) and will play an important role going forward. Unlike the Browser Extension, Beacon is not dependent on browsers or external services and is built entirely in-house, allowing us to significantly improve data quality, reliability and performance. Beacon also includes significantly more advanced verification mechanisms compared to the Browser Extension, helping us ensure that rewards go to the users who genuinely support, test and contribute to the ecosystem.

The Teneo Beacon is integral to the success of Teneo Protocol and will play a key role in helping us meet the growing demand for high-quality data.

So make sure to keep your Beacon running!

Simple, Fair and Accessible

We considered many different qualification methods and ultimately came to a simple conclusion: the product should speak for itself.

Rather than relying on external verification services, complicated requirements or paid verification steps, we want qualification to remain free and accessible to everyone. Running Beacon is one of the simplest and most effective ways for us to identify genuine ecosystem participants.

Our goal is simple — reward the users who actively support, test and use the ecosystem.

The more you contribute, the more you can earn. As Teneo continues to evolve, Beacon is becoming an increasingly important part of the ecosystem. So make sure to keep it running.

There is more than enough time remaining to qualify. A more detailed announcement will follow soon.

Step 2: Receive $AGENTIC

A dedicated dashboard will be available soon, allowing you to check your eligibility status, track your progress and later claim your $AGENTIC allocation.

Once eligibility requirements are met, your $AGENTIC allocation will be calculated based on your overall contribution to the ecosystem.

Factors may include:

• Points (largest contributor in wave 1)
• Fragments (Running Beacon: expected to become increasingly important in future distributions, after wave 1)
• Agent queries
• Agent creators and operators
• Discord Roles
• NFTs
• Other ecosystem activity and rewards

Your $AGENTIC allocation will be proportional to your contribution to the ecosystem.

The exact allocation formula will be shared closer to the first distribution.

Nothing you have earned so far is lost.

Everything you earned through the Community Node Extension and other Teneo products counts. The only thing you need to do now is complete the eligibility requirements above.

There is more than enough time remaining to qualify, and the requirements are intentionally simple so that any genuine community member can participate.
