Teneo Referral League: Grow the network. Win every week.

Here is what it is in simple terms: invite people to join Teneo and run a Teneo Beacon node. The more people you bring in who actually keep their node running, the higher you rank. Every week, the top referrers win cash prizes in USDC. It runs for 10 weeks. The best performers at the end get invited to become Teneo Ambassadors.

Why this matters

The Teneo network is powered by nodes. Every node is a device running Teneo Beacon, contributing to a global network that AI agents use to access real-time public data. The more active nodes on the network, the more powerful it becomes for every agent and every user that depends on it.

As the network grows, so does the demand for it. More nodes means more data, more agents, more usage, and real revenue being generated on top of the infrastructure you are helping to build.

That revenue is what makes it possible to provide ongoing rewards to the people running nodes. Not just one-off campaigns, but a sustainable system where the network pays the people who power it. Growing the number of active nodes is how we get there. That is what this competition is designed to do.

Before you start

To participate you need an EVM-compatible wallet connected to your Teneo account. This is how prizes are paid. If you do not have a wallet set up, do that first.

How it works: 3 steps

Step 1: Get your referral link

Go to the Expedition Hub. You will find your personal referral link there.

Step 2: Share your link

Send your link to friends, your community, or social media. When someone signs up to Teneo through your link, they become your referral.

Step 3: Keep them active

This is the most important part, and it is worth understanding why.

A referral is only as valuable as the uptime of the node behind it. The Teneo network sells access to real-time data. That data is only reliable when the nodes providing it are consistently online. A node that runs for two days and goes dark contributes nothing. It does not help the network, it does not help the agents depending on it, and it does not count toward your score.

This is why uptime is at the centre of the competition. We are not just trying to grow the number of node operators. We are trying to grow the number of node operators who actually run their nodes.

To count as a qualified referral, the person you invited must:

• Run their node for at least 180 hours within the 30-day window
• Never go offline for 4 consecutive days during that window

They do not need to run it 24/7. 180 hours over 30 days is roughly 6 hours a day on average. Consistent, not constant.

The more people you bring in who meet this standard, the higher you rank. Referrals that go inactive before verification do not count. This protects the integrity of the leaderboard and the health of the network.

The leaderboard

The leaderboard resets every Thursday at 12:00 UTC. You can check your position in Discord. It updates on Thursday, Saturday, and Tuesday each week.

Prizes each week

Every week, $200 USDC is shared between up to 11 winners.

• 1st place: $60 USDC
• 2nd place: $40 USDC
• 3rd place: $20 USDC
• 4th place: $15 USDC
• 5th place: $10 USDC
• 6th to 10th place: $7 USDC each
• Weekly Raffle: $20 USDC

Every qualified referral you get earns you one raffle entry for that week. If you referred 3 people who met the activity threshold, you have 3 entries in the draw. You do not need to be at the top of the leaderboard to win the raffle.

The Teneo Referral League prizes are on top of your normal referral rewards. Every person you refer still earns you Fragments through the standard Teneo referral programme. The cash prizes are additional.

Prizes are paid 30 days after each week ends. This is because we need to confirm that your referrals are still active before paying out.

Week 10 is Mega Week. The final week. All prize amounts double. Total pool: $400 USDC.

The Ambassador shortlist

At the end of the competition, the top performers across all 10 weeks are evaluated. The best referrers by total count, retention rate, and community contribution get invited to become Teneo Ambassadors. More details on what that means will be announced at the end of the competition.
