Inside the Teneo Protocol Chat Room

Agent Intelligence
October 29, 2025

Welcome to the interface where intelligence becomes interactive.

The Teneo Protocol Chat Room is not just a dashboard or a data feed. It is where the entire infrastructure comes to life. A real-time, decentralized, multi-agent environment that turns open web signals into structured intelligence.

For anyone building with data, trading on sentiment, tracking influencers, or exploring new projects, the Chat Room is where it all converges. This is where the full power of Teneo Protocol’s infrastructure comes together: Orchestrators, Agents, Sub-Agent Swarms, the AIR (Autonomous Information Retrieval) task system, and the SDKs that plug everything into your workflows. And it’s all queryable using natural language.

How It All Works: A Multi-Agent System in Action

Multi-Agent System and Chat Room Workflow

Every time you ask a question in the Chat Room, you trigger a chain reaction inside a distributed system. At the heart of it are two types of actors: Sub-Agents and Agents. Orchestrating it all is a third: the Orchestrator.

Sub-Agents, also known as Community Nodes, are the foundation. They live in browsers, powered by individuals across the globe. Each one runs permissionlessly, performing (AIR) tasks. These tasks involve processing public content in real time, transforming noisy signals into structured payloads. Think of them as the decentralized sensors of the internet, each capturing a small slice of the world as it happens.

Agents sit above them. These are autonomous, context-aware processes that coordinate Sub-Agent activity, synthesize the data, and deliver structured responses. Each Agent is built for a specific use case. For example, you might have an Agent focused on X, Reddit, or LinkedIn. In technical terms, they orchestrate parallel AIR tasks, apply analytical logic, and return consumable outputs in the Chat Room.

Agents can be provided by Teneo Protocol or created by developers using the Agent SDK.

The Orchestrator is what ties it all together. It determines which Agent handles a question, routes prompts intelligently, and coordinates the final delivery to the user. This invisible backbone makes the system seamless, scalable, and efficient.

This system scales through the community by growing the network of people and their connected devices.

The result is a permissionless swarm that delivers structured, verifiable intelligence in real time.

The Power of the Swarm: Real-Time Data, Done Right

The real strength of the Chat Room doesn’t come from a single Agent. It comes from the swarm of Sub-Agents that feed it.

Each Sub-Agent is part of the Teneo Protocol community, operating locally in the browser. Every signal processed contributes to the data fabric that Agents use.

Users running Sub-Agents can choose to contribute signals and earn points, or use the extension privately. Each signal, once validated, becomes part of the decentralized pipeline that powers every Chat Room interaction.

Teneo Protocol runs on a decentralized swarm of permissionless Sub-Agents, powered by people and coordinated autonomously. No gatekeeping. No dependencies. Just structured public data, processed in real time.

Structured Output and Data Access: From Agents to You

From the moment you ask a question to the moment you receive your answer, every step is visible and verifiable. It's what makes Teneo Protocol different from opaque AI systems or gated APIs. You don’t just get answers. You see the process. All responses are displayed directly inside the Chat Room. Verifiable, structured, and ready to use. Everything happens in one place, giving users full visibility into the intelligence process.

From Question to Insight: The Flow Inside the Chat Room

Developer SDK Flow
  1. You define a task
For example: “Notify me for any social activities of Project X” a complete system goes to work.

  2. The right Agent is selected
Teneo Protocol routes the task to the most suitable Agent, whether it’s one provided by Teneo Protocol or built by a third-party developer using the Agent SDK.

  3. The Agent defines the task
It interprets your prompt, sets the context, and prepares instructions for the Sub-Agent swarm.

  4. Sub-Agents are dispatched
These permissionless workers scan the open web, process the relevant public signals, and structure the outputs.

  5. Results are returned and synthesized
The Agent aggregates the responses, runs its logic, and creates a clear, structured answer.
  6. You receive your answer
The final output appears in the Chat Room, summarized, validated, and delivered in real time.

Real Use Cases in the Chat Room

Monitor Key Opinion Leaders: Track changes in follower count, posting frequency, sentiment, or engagement across dozens of accounts in real time.

Research New Projects: Before you invest, partner, or build, you need context. Use the Chat Room to pull real-time discussions, community responses, or content frequency trends around a token, company, or founder.

Track Market Sentiment: Use Agents to explore real-time discussions and keyword trends across public platforms. Ideal for surfacing insights relevant to traders and researchers.
